The Company was approved by Tianjin Customs to establish a professional agent customs broker in October 1999.

The Company has strictly followed all laws, regulations and policies of customs, actively participated in the trainings organized by customs and associations to better understand relevant policies and expand the information channels, intensified the communication with associated companies, and fed back the actual problems in time for further development of businesses.

With clear responsibilities of the customs declaration management, distinct business management systems and flows and relatively high quality of customs declarers, multiple customs declarers have been elected by Tianjin Customs as the Excellent Customs Declarer. The Company was first awarded with the title of Class A Customs Broker by Tianjin Customs in July 2008. At the end of 2013, the Company was awarded by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China as the only Class AA Inspection Broker nationwide. And the current customs credit rating is the AEO advanced certified company.

As an independent window for contact with customers, the Customs Business Department ensures the completeness, promptness, correctness and conformance of customs clearance documents. The specially assigned staff are responsible for solving all problems of documents and customs clearance, assisting customers in handling the customs clearance documents and certificates required by the customs, tracking and reminding the time limit for temporary import and export, letter of guarantee and other items, following up the shipment of customer's cargoes to the factory, and solving the related problems incurred during cargo transportation.

There are experienced operators in the Field Department who have established good business relations with wharves, storage yards and warehouses and clearly known the operation features of all types of cargoes and are capable of professional loading and unloading as well as reinforcing suggestion offering, and able to fast and effectively deal with all relevant problems incurred on the site.

The Company owns many types of vehicles for containers, bulk cargoes, overrun equipment, dangerous cargoes, etc.

Computer management and vehicle GPS system are used as the supplementary means for container vehicles.

Contingency plans are formulated for the transport of dangerous cargoes by strengthening management to ensure the safety of cargoes.
